Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal.

To check the status of your order at any time, simply use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can enter this number directly on the carrier's website (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your shipping method and location).

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become available after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

  • In some cases, tracking updates may not appear immediately, especially during peak shipping seasons or for international deliveries. We recommend checking back after a few hours if your tracking number does not show any information right away.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within five business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at buitankhoa6850@gmail.com with your order number, and we will provide an update as soon as possible.
