Shipping & Handling

Thank you for shopping with MyPerfectus. We want to make sure you receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping and handling policy below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, sales events, or due to high order volume. We will notify you if any significant delay is expected.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed.

Domestic Shipping (within the United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 10 to 20 business days

  • Expedited International: 6 to 12 business days

Please be aware that delivery times for international orders may vary significantly depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • The shipping method you select

  • The total weight and dimensions of your order

  • The destination address

You will see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase. We do not hide any fees. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any such promotion will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please note that tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become available after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with a variety of trusted carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)

The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the shipping method selected, the destination, and package weight. We choose the most reliable option for each order.

6. International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs and Duties: Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

  • Customs Delays: Customs processing may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We are not responsible for such delays.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to pick up the package from a local post office, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and redelivery fees.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or family members who may have accepted the package

  • Look around your property (including behind bushes, under doormats, or with a building manager)

  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at buitankhoa6850@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to correct the address for you.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.

9. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may sometimes be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number for each shipment.
