At MyPerfectus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please read our policy below carefully.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

Free of any odors, stains, or signs of wear

In its original packaging, including all tags and accessories
Non-returnable items:

Items that have been washed, used, or damaged by the customer

2. How to Initiate a Return

The reason for the return
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and any specific instructions. Please do not send your item back to us without first receiving approval.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (such as a defective product or incorrect item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over a certain amount. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process typically takes 3 to 5 business days after your return arrives at our facility.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note:

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the timeframes noted above, please check the following:

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or a different size, please follow our return process to return the original item for a refund. Then, place a new order for the desired item separately.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at buitankhoa6850@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a full refund including return shipping costs.
Please include clear photos of the damage or defect along with your email to help us process your request more quickly.
8. Change of Mind
If you simply change your mind about a purchase, you are welcome to return the item within the 30-day window as long as it meets the eligibility requirements above. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
9. International Returns
For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
